Ficoll-Paque™ PLUS는 인간 혈액에서 림프구를 분리하기 위해 준비된 멸균 처리된 시약으로, 추가 처리 없이 즉시 실험에 사용 가능한 제품입니다. 엄격한 품질관리 하에 생산하여 1.077±0.001 g/ml의 밀도를 가지며, 뛰어난 분리능을 유지하기 위해 기능시험도 실시하고 있습니다. Ficoll-Paque™ PLUS를 사용하여 림프구 분리 실험 시 회수율이 높고 림프구의 세포증식기능이 유지되며 T세포와 B세포의 비율이 항상 일정합니다.

Ficoll-Paque™ PLUS is a sterile, ready-to-use density media containing Ficoll PM400, sodium diatrizoate and disodium calcium EDTA. The density has been optimized for the isolation of human lymphocytes from peripheral blood.
