냉각 속도 조절이 가능한 세포 동결기인 VIA Freeze™는 액체 질소를 사용하지 않습니다. VIA Freeze™는 전자 제어 시스템을 통한 전도 방식의 동결을 통해 동결 프로필을 자유롭게 설정할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 세포 동결을 GMP 수준에서 할 수 있도록 합니다.
- 속도 조절 냉각: 세포의 기능 및 생존율을 치료제에 맞는 냉각 프로필과 섬세한 온도 조절을 통해 유지할 수 있습니다.
- 일관성 있는 품질: 전도 방식의 냉각을 통해 모든 샘플의 열을 동일하게 제거합니다. 장비를 서로 연결하여 동일한 냉각 프로필을 사용해 공정을 표준화하여 적용할 수 있습니다.
- 클린룸 적합성: 제조 공정을 매끄럽게 관리할 수 있습니다. 액체 질소를 사용하기 위한 인프라 구축 비용을 절감할 수 있습니다.
- cGMP에 부합하는 세포 냉각 공정: cGMP 의 공정 유효성 평가 (Process Validation) 절차에 사용 가능합니다. 21 CFR Part 11을 만족합니다.

- 공정 자동화: Chronicle™ 소프트웨어를 이용해 냉각 공정과 프로필 수행 데이터를 통합하여 디지털 배치 기록으로 보관하고 관리할 수 있습니다.
